Oruma Azhikode
Oruma azhikode formed in 2003 by a team of likely minded people hailing from Azhikode Panchayath in Kannur District. Our main object is to support well being of community in general and less fortunate in particular. Oruma continuous its good efforts and focus on various welfare activities, primarily supporting medical assistance to needy and reserved people back home. So far we had extended financial supports to various families. And Oruma encourage students of high schools in Azhikode panchayath (Azhikode High School and Govt.High School), by honuoring highest mark /rank holders in SSLC examination every year.Oruma award ceremony is held in respective school and appreciates students with exclusive plaque and cash prizes. Our initiatives are well accepted and appreciated by general public and government bodies.
